Return & Refund Policy: We accept returns and provide refunds on certain merchandise by approval (This includes deliveries that are missing, damaged or returned to Batch Mead).
Conditions that apply:

We do not accept returns for “change of mind”. Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption.

Damaged or spoiled items do not need to be returned to receive a refund. Images of damaged merchandise need to be provided unless UPS/Fedex has already done so (UPS/Fedex will notify Batch Mead if this is the case)

If your order is returned because no one 21+ was able to sign for UPS/Fedex, your order will be refunded minus a $25 shipping fee (even when shipping is “free”, Batch Mead still pays UPS/Fedex for shipping).

We only provide payment refunds for the following reasons:

Products are damaged in shipping/transit

UPS/Fedex is unable to deliver (for any reason other than no one aged 21+ available to sign)

Customers must contact Batch Mead about order issues (damaged, missing or returned) within 30 days of purchase or no refund will be given.

Orders can either be refunded or re-shipped, up to the customer. The customer must decide on refund or reship within 30 days of purchase.

For orders that were returned due to no one aged 21+ able to sign, your order will be refunded minus a $25 shipping and return shipping fee. Despite Batch Mead offering "free shipping", Batch Mead still pays $20-$40 EACH WAY for orders to be delivered, if you miss your delivery then you are responsible for $25 fee, Batch Mead still covers the bulk of the missed costs.
